I’m Jean-Pierre; a highly qualified and experienced educator, innovator and leadership coach, based in Hong Kong and working with internationally-minded schools and educators worldwide.

WHAT I DO
Education for me has always been about the people involved.
As schools and universities lean deeper into the complex and exciting opportunities of digital learning, I believe that we must actively sustain and develop the complementary human and interpersonal thread so crucial to our 21st century learning experience.
My own background in driving transformative learning through technology, along with COVID closures and their impact on learners, sharpened my focus on what truly matters in creating effective 21st century pedagogy and learning environments.
At its heart, my approach is about developing educators, empowering them with the insight, tools and expertise they need to build collaborative, inclusive and aspirational learning organisations. I do this through a bespoke blend of professional learning opportunities, coaching conversations, strategic implementation and innovative curriculum design.
